By Direct Debit

This is a really quick and easy way to pay us. Once set-up, money will be paid to us directly from your bank on a date that best suits you. Simply call us with your bank details on: 0300 123 2100.

Please note your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

By recurring card payment

This allows us to collect your rent from your bank card with your permission. Simply call us with your card details on: 0300 123 2100.

You will receive an email or text as confirmation of your payment.

Using the Allpay app

Download the Allpay app directly onto your mobile device and make payments on the go. Simply search ‘Allpay’ on Apple Store or Google Play.

By calling us

You can make a debit or credit card payment by giving us a call on: 0300 123 2100. If you’re calling after 5pm, or on the weekend, please select Option 2.

They can help you make the most of your money by checking if you’re getting all the benefits you should be and helping you find any extra grants you might be able to get. They’ll work with you to figure out a payment plan that you can afford. If things are a bit more complicated, they can point you in the right direction for specialist money advice.

As of 1 April 2023, you must now pay your water and sewerage charges directly to Welsh Water.
