In the heart of the borough, we have homes in Bridgend Town and the surrounding areas, including the Wildmill housing estate, where we have 400 homes situated just outside the town centre. We also have homes in Sarn, Brackla and Ynysawdre.

North Cornelly

Situated off junction 37 of the M4, and close to Porthcawl seafront, our homes in North Cornelly are located on the Marlas Estate and surrounding areas, including the Barnhaus development: eco-homes which are part of the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Programme.

Garw Valley

We have homes in Bettws, Blaengarw, Llangeinor, and Pontycymmer, around this former coal mining community just north of Bridgend, which is also home to the Garw Valley Railway and Parc Calon Lan.

Llynfi Valley

Our homes are situated at the head of the Llynfi Valley in Maesteg, a former mining town developed during the Industrial Revolution.

Ogmore Valley

Known for its local heritage and country walks, our homes in the Valley of Ogmore are situated in Blackmill, Evanstown, Lewistown, Ogmore Vale, and Pantyrawel.

Pencoed and Heol y Cyw

Just off the M4 in the Ewenny Valley lies our homes in the town of Pencoed and the small village of Heol y Cyw.

Porthcawl

We have homes in the popular seaside town of Porthcawl, on the south coast overlooking the Bristol Channel.

Kenfig Hill, Cefn Cribwr and Pyle

Just over five miles from the town centre of Bridgend are the villages of Kenfig Hill, Cefn Cribwr and Pyle. Our recent development in Cefn Cribwr is on the site of a former St John’s Ambulance Hall, which was acknowledged in the naming of the new street: St John’s Close.
