Part of the work we do here at Valleys to Coast is listen to you and act on the information you give us. So, we’re turning up the volume on how we do this by offering more opportunities for you to engage with us and get involved.  

To start us off, we’re launching our new ‘Question of the Month’. Every month, we’ll be asking you one simple question. 

Keep an eye out on our website and  social media channels. Our Hub will also ask you the ‘Question of the Month’ if you call in to see us and other colleagues who you come into contact with may ask you too. 

At the end of each month, we’ll publish the results and take any necessary actions, improvements and further engagement work that we identify. The answers you give will help us to improve our services and make sure we’re regularly listening to your voice.

We would like you to make some suggestions of what sort of questions you would like us to ask. Examples of things we would like to ask are, do you use our website? Did you find our latest newsletter informative? How would you like to hear the latest updates from us? One customer each month will be selected at random to receive a £20 shopping voucher as a thank you for taking part. Keep a look out for the ‘Question of the Month’ and help us hear your voice!
