As we move our business forward through the Foundation, Build and Grow phases of our 10-year Corporate Plan we want to strengthen our governance and invest in a diverse Board that has a wide variety of skills and knowledge to challenge and support us.
As we approach our 20th anniversary as a registered social landlord, and as we embark on a journey to create a wholly owned subsidiary to grow and develop our repairs and maintenance services, it’s an exciting time to consider joining us. We’re bristling with ideas and energy, and we’re building lasting foundations upon which we can create something special for the people of Bridgend – and perhaps beyond.
