We sometimes receive reports to say that people are impersonating engineers to try to gain access to people’s homes.
We recommend that you are always vigilant when answering the door, particularly if you haven’t arranged an appointment with us.
Remember:
- Llanw and Valleys to Coast staff will always be wearing full Llanw/ Valleys to Coast uniform
- Our staff will always have photographic ID on them.
