Taking part in our surveys

Where we can get feedback from you in a quick, easy and accessible way, often from the comfort of your home. We’ll send you surveys in the post, by email, text, on our social media platforms and we may even give you a call or give your door a knock!

Look out for our What’s On guides and our social media feeds to see when we’re dropping in to your area. Come and see us for a chat, tell us about something bothering you, share an idea, or get support.

A chance to join us on a video call with others to contribute your feedback without having to leave your living room! We can help you build digital skills if you’d like to join, but are not sure what to do. 

 

Be a Community Champion

Give a voice to those in your community who may not be able to get involved in our groups, surveys or get to our events.

This is a great opportunity to feed your thoughts, ideas and feedback at our regular in-person meetings. The experiences and opinions you share will be fed directly into our Customer Excellence Board.

Providing the best services to all our customers is very important to us, so we want to tailor our services in a way that ensures you are considered and included. We want to create a group of customers who represent the diversity in our community. A chance for you to look at the detail of our performance as a landlord and the services we provide, putting questions to our teams and sharing your experiences so that we can get better.

We also need your support to help us choose the right people to work for us  and provide services to you so it  is essential that you are part of the process. 

There are lots of ways you can help, whether this is suggesting something we could ask candidates or actually being part of the interview panel.

Work with us to come up with new, innovative ideas to help us become a greener community and work together to achieve our carbon neutral goals and work towards Welsh Housing Quality Standards – keeping homes safe, warm, dry, affordable and better for the planet.

Join a Community Action Group

Come together to tell us what your communities mean to you, and what you want to see. Tell us what’s missing, what you love and how we can support your ideas to improve where you live. 

Reviewing decisions in hindsight

Gaining a better understanding of the impact of what we do, learning and sharing successes and failures, reviewing and refining. Looking back at decisions we’ve made or things we’ve put in place to see if we could have done it differently.

Sharing your experiences with us

To share your experiences after a project launch. For example, if we have invested in a new system we’d like to know how it’s benefiting you, or what isn’t working quite as we’d hoped.

If you’ve made a complaint as part of our lessons learned reviews. Where we’ve failed to provide a quality service to you, we want to ensure that we don’t repeat our mistakes. Hearing about the impact your experience has had will help us focus on making improvements.

Letting us know how you’ve settled into your new home

We’d like to hear from you about your moving-in experience, what the snags were, and what you’d have liked to have seen us do differently so we can make changes that benefit customers when our next development gets underway.
