We work closely with TPAS Cymru (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) and are supporting them with the launch of their 3rd Annual National Tenant Survey.
Why is this survey important?
TPAS Cymru are looking to build on the valuable insights they gathered in their 2022 Annual Survey, where you shared your thoughts and opinions. These insights help guide the housing sector in understanding what matters to tenants.
The knowledge from this survey will help us make informed decisions, write policies, and tailor services that cater to the wants and needs of you, our customers.
The results of the survey will be shared with you, colleagues, management, third-sector organisations, and Welsh Government.
How can you help?
