We are taking steps to improve our service for reporting anti-social behaviour. The move comes after our recent STAR survey showed that only 56% of you were satisfied with the current service. It’s also Anti-Social Behaviour Week, and it’s the perfect opportunity for us to reflect on our approach and make some positive changes.

Anti-social behaviour can take many forms, including noisy neighbours, verbal abuse, threats, and intimidation. It can have a devastating effect on residents’ lives, making them feel unsafe and unhappy in their homes. We are committed to ensuring that you feel confident in reporting any anti-social behaviour concerns and that they know what to expect from the housing association.

Andy Jones, Community Housing Team Leader at Valleys to Coast, said: “We want customers to feel confident to report any anti-social behaviour concerns to us but also have clear guidelines on what they can expect from us regarding the steps we will take, how long it will take for us to come to a resolution, how often they can expect to hear from us. We want to hear our customers’ ideas and solutions, and work with them to co-produce our services.”

We value your input and feedback on what you consider to be an excellent anti-social behaviour service. The feedback will be incorporated into the improvement plan, ensuring that you know what to expect from the beginning.

Improving the service for reporting anti-social behaviour is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of the community. We are committed to working with you and our partners to achieve this goal and provide homes where people feel happy and safe.
