We want to provide external spaces which are valued by our customers and make a positive contribution to the environment and the wellbeing of our communities.
To do this, we will:
- Develop an estates management policy to provide external spaces which contribute to our customers and the environment .
- Establish processes for assessing the potential uses for all public open space such as play and community growing, in partnership with local communities.
- Explore opportunities to involve our customers with service charging, disposal of assets, community asset transfer and meanwhile use of land.
- Work in collaboration with stakeholders and customers to promote biodiversity across our estates.
