We want to support our residents to enhance their employability skills and will signpost and collaborate on initiatives and opportunities.
To achieve this, we will:
- Develop our capacity for apprenticeships, work experience and volunteering in conjunction with external work and training agency providers.
- Collaborate and support Employability Bridgend initiatives for our customers.
- Review through the Strategic Plan, Bridgend College Strategic Priorities and synergise to support our customers who are adult learners and link to larger employers across the Borough.
- Promote benefits of GRANT finder internally and explore external funding opportunities for collaborative initiatives for the organisation and stakeholders that include grants, legacies and dormant accounts.
