We want to develop a ‘can do’ culture to support our customers and communities to establish their priorities and identify solutions.

To achieve this, we will:

  1. Develop a collaborative approach across the organisation and with our customers, to develop asset-based community development, service design and a restorative approach focus to optimise our communities’ resilience.
  2. Investigate the development of Digital Inclusion initiatives in collaboration with partners.
  3. Investigate and consider our engagement with the Place Making Charter and how this can positively affect our customers and communities develop their sense of place.
  4. Support and signpost community groups with project management skills to sustain projects.
