We want to develop a ‘can do’ culture to support our customers and communities to establish their priorities and identify solutions.
To achieve this, we will:
- Develop a collaborative approach across the organisation and with our customers, to develop asset-based community development, service design and a restorative approach focus to optimise our communities’ resilience.
- Investigate the development of Digital Inclusion initiatives in collaboration with partners.
- Investigate and consider our engagement with the Place Making Charter and how this can positively affect our customers and communities develop their sense of place.
- Support and signpost community groups with project management skills to sustain projects.
