We’re working to make our digital services better, but we can’t do that without your help. We want to ensure that as we do more online, no one is left behind.

What’s happening?

Starting this week and running through the end of February, you may receive a call or text from our partner, Acuity, asking you to take part in a short digital engagement survey.

Why is this important?

Last year, only 27% of our customers chose to use our online services. We want to understand why, so we can develop services based on your real-life experiences.

Whether you like doing things digitally, or prefer traditional ways of contacting and hearing from us, your feedback is vital. We’ll be asking questions to find out things like:

  • Whether you have your own smartphone or share a device with your family.
  • How comfortable you feel filling out forms or uploading photos for a repair request.
  • If you use home broadband or rely on mobile data.

By understanding your skills and the barriers you face we can build services that truly work for everyone.

Acuity will be contacting at least 500 customers at random – if you are contacted by Acuity, thank you for taking the time to help us.
