We strive to put you, the customer at the heart of what we do, through listening, valuing and acting on your views. As a Valleys to Coast customer, you will have first-hand experience of our services. You know whether things are going well, and what could be better.

What is engagement?

  • Getting involved is about you, our customers being involved in decisions about the services that affect you, in a way that is flexible and offers choice.
  • It can be as simple as you want to be, we want it to fit your lifestyle, the time you have to give and your own interests. We will support you to get involved!
